Membuat makanan sendiri memang cukup menyenangkan karna bisa di kombinasi sesuaikan selara dan kualitas vitamin yang kita inginkan…

Berikut ini adalah cara nya :

udang rebon beku secukupnya
cumi kupas secukup nya
kerang laut secukup nya
rebusan daun bayam ½ matang secukup nya
1 sendok teh gelatin tawar (optional)

multivitamin secukup nya misalnya :

- 10 ml Trance element

- 10 ml Vitamin

- 10 ml Fito nutrient

Cara pembuatan :

- Blender bayam sampai halus sekali.

- Kemudian campur kan rebon, cumi, kerang secukup nya

- Tambahkan gelatin agar tidak terlalu hancur

- Blender jangan sampai halus sekali usahakan agar masih kasar.guna nya agar ketika di kasih ke akuarium tidak hancur semua nya sebelum di makan ikan.

- Kemudian setalah jadi masukkan ke cetakan seperti bekas tempat rebon bekas

- Trus masukkan ke freezer agar bisa membeku…
